Which registration option applies to me?
If you are employed within a hospital, health care facility or active military select option #1.
If you are a student currently enrolled in a college or university, select option #1 and register using your school-issued email address.
If you are retired military or retired from the HTM field as a former service professional, select option #1.
If you are employed with an ISO but work exclusively in a hospital or healthcare facility select option #1 and register under your hospital name and with your hospital email address.
If you are employed by a company, service organization or manufacturer/OEM, select option #2.
If you are employed by an ISO and are not an active service professional in the field, select option #2.
If you are a spouse/significant other seeking to attend the exhibit hall and networking events with your partner, the “Spouse” option can be added on to the original registration.
- ONLY available to those individuals employed within a hospital or imaging center, or students and military personnel. Proof of employment is required.
- Includes all educational seminars, exhibit hall entrance and networking events except for Leadership Summit events.
